I’m Anna — a documentary style family photographer based in Richmond, Virginia. I travel throughout the state to capture the real, unscripted parts of parenthood. If you’re looking for something gentler than a traditional photo session, you’re in the right place. Most families come to me because they want to feel comfortable and truly seen; they want an honest reflection of their lives, not a pursuit of perfection.

You don’t need to fit into a mold of what a session is “supposed” to look like. I create a space where you can just settle in and be present with your people. The moments that happen when you aren’t trying are always the ones with the most meaning.
