For the families who would rather explore than pose, run barefoot through the grass, splash in the river, or simply spend an afternoon together without a plan. I’m Anna, a documentary-style family photographer based in Richmond, Virginia, and I’m here to capture your family as you are, wherever your days take you.

My sessions are about movement, connection, curiosity, and leaving room for things to unfold naturally. There’s no need to perform or make everything look perfect. We can wander, play, get a little messy, or settle into the familiar rhythms of home. I’ll offer a little direction when needed, but mostly, I want you to be free to enjoy each other.

Because ordinary life is full of extraordinary things. The chaos of getting everyone out the door, the familiar rituals, the spontaneous laughter, the little things you might not even notice until they’ve changed. These are the moments I love to photograph.

What you take away are images that bring you back to this particular season of life, not because everything was perfect, but because it was real.
