Photography is my true passion, and you can see it in my work. When I take photos, I put all my talent into it and invest a lot of time in editing so the results look beautiful and unique. My aim is to touch your soul and take your breath away. Below you will find the types of projects I do. I offer both outdoor photo sessions and sessions in the comfort of your own home. I focus on capturing natural moments, so just relax and enjoy! I strive to document your life just as it is, so you can see your true self in the photos.
Before the session, I will discuss all the details with you and create a mood board. When you purchase a photo session with me, you’re not just buying photos — you’re buying an experience. I will do my best to make our time together as fun and relaxed as possible. You also gain my unique style and vision. All photos are selected by me and come with my signature color editing, in full resolution, and with printing rights. Simply enjoy the final results when you receive your gallery!
How does it work?
My approach is to create a photo story of your family’s life, capturing unique moments. I work in a documentary style, observing and photographing your life without interrupting your family’s natural flow. This way, you get unique, true-to-life photos that genuinely reflect your experiences. Before the session, we’ll have a call to discuss your vision, what moments you’d love to capture, and all the important details to ensure everything feels just right.
Each session lasts between 1 to 2 hours, giving us the freedom to work at a comfortable, unhurried pace. This allows us to create art together, letting genuine moments unfold naturally while everyone has time to feel at ease. We’ll stop when it feels like we’ve captured enough material to work with, ensuring the process remains relaxed and meaningful without feeling rushed.
Since there is essentially no posing involved (except for a few classic portraits), the experience is usually not tiring. All you need to do is be yourself, have fun with your kids, and spend quality time together.
For a Family Photo session, we usually choose an activity that the family enjoys doing together, such as playing with toys, reading books, engaging in a favorite hobby, cooking, or exploring nature. This captures the essence of your life, creating a truly special keepsake for years to come, preserving memories of when the kids were little.
Photography, for me, is not only about taking photos but also about the experience and imbuing the photos with deeper meaning. With my lifestyle natural photo sessions, you’ll receive not just beautiful images, but a genuine reflection of your family’s unique dynamics and love. Each session is tailored to your preferences, ensuring a relaxed and enjoyable experience where your true selves shine through. What should you expect from working with me:
My focus is on capturing more natural, less posed photos. However, the style of the photo session can vary depending on the type: for a family session with young kids, I suggest a documentary approach, while for pregnancy, motherhood, and newborn sessions, a more artistic style can also be used. For seniors and families with older kids, we can incorporate more posed shots, while still aiming to keep the emotions candid and natural.
I provide a wide range of photos from each session, depending on the length and number of locations, so you can always find your favorites. I meticulously edit every photo you receive, adjusting color and lighting, and lightly retouching skin for temporary flaws. My photographs are lifestyle-oriented, not classic studio shots; they aren’t picture-perfect because that’s not the goal. My photos are natural, capturing real, raw life and emotions, which is what my clients usually appreciate and why they choose me.
My packages include color and light skin editing services. I don’t perform deep skin retouching in Photoshop or alter body proportions. Upon request, specific photos can be adjusted in Photoshop, but only in a reasonable manner without completely changing your appearance. This service is not included in the original package and is billed separately.
Family
A family photo session is a wonderful way to capture and preserve the memories and relationships within your family while spending quality time together. I will create timeless images that reflect the warmth and happiness of your family.
As a documentary and unposed session, there’s no stress involved with stiff poses and not knowing what to do infant of the camera. You’ll enjoy a relaxed atmosphere where genuine interactions and emotions shine through. This style ensures that the photos are a true reflection of your family’s unique dynamics and love.
Additionally, consider a motherhood photo session to highlight the close connection between a mother and her child. These intimate sessions beautifully document the tender moments and deep bond you share with your babies.

This is the type of photo session I absolutely adore! A newborn photoshoot captures memories for a lifetime. Other details:
- In order to secure the date and time a 50% non-refundable deposit is required. Balance is paid on the day of the photo session.
- All prices are stated for Richmond and Richmond metro area only and exclusive of additional entree fees to state parks/etc. Travel outside of Richmond area is subject to an additional travel fee based on mialage;
- Credit cards are acceptable with a 3.5% processing fee
- Paymnet plans avaliable
- Photos ready within 3 weeks after the photo session;
- I will help you with choosing the right wardrobe and selecting a perfect location for your session, as well as with directing you during the photo shoot;
- As the author of my own style, I reserve the right of selecting photos for editing and final delivery;
- Images are delivered via personalized beautiful online gallery, from which you can view and download all the photos in high resolution, link will expire after 1 month. Photos are kept on my hard drive within half a year, after which are deleted, please download your photos on time!
I consider all your needs and wishes, but also work in my unique style. If you chose my service it means you agree with my vision, editing and terms and conditions of working with me.
I retain the right to use selected photos in my portfolio and promotions. Privacy concerns should be discussed before the photo session.
Additional information
What you should know before booking a photo session
Sessions can be rescheduled for personal reasons once for free if you submit a request 72 hours (3 days) before your initial photo shoot. If a new date is not scheduled within 3 months from the date of purchase, deposit will be lost.
If the shooting is cancelled or rescheduled for personal reasons less than 72 hours (3 days) prior to the session, the deposit is not refundable. Shoots can be rescheduled for free due to a bad weather.
