My Weekday Storytelling Sessions are simple, heartfelt, and perfect for families who want beautiful memories without the pressure of a full session. We meet at the Maymont Park Farm Entrance, and for the next half hour, we walk slowly, let the kids play, and just enjoy the peaceful beauty of the park. There’s no need to pose — I’ll gently guide you, but mostly I’ll follow along quietly and capture your family just as you are.

The session goes by quickly — 30 minutes always feels like a blink — but it’s often just the right amount of time for little ones (and busy parents). I’ve found that for toddlers and young children, 30 minutes is the 'sweet spot' before they get tired or lose interest. It keeps the energy high and the smiles genuine. It’s ideal for those who aren’t quite ready to commit to a full session, or simply want to get a feel for working with me before booking something longer. These sessions are offered only on weekdays, at a time and location I choose — currently, Maymont is where the magic happens. I’ve chosen it for its variety, light, and charm that work beautifully in every season.
